free_hugs.JPGHow do you do that? Run around a busy street with a card that says:”Free Hugs”, tape it and put it on Youtube. Look at the movie here. This is so refreshing it even spread to Belgium. In ‘De Standaard’ there was an article that said that 700 free hugs were given in the streets of Ghent, doing exactly the same.

Talk about user generated content. Great stuff 😉

    It was filmed in the childrens cancer ward.

  9. I made this film during my undergraduate time at Brandeis along with a friend of mine who was at Colgate at the time. This summer we may look for some student film festivals to sumbit our project to, in the meantime, check it out on YouTube.

Here’s something pretty cool someone did for a great community in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. 4th and 5th generation ex-slave descendants are being taxed off of their properties from huge, ugly new subdivisions. I didnt even know that these communities existed! This is the trailer, I think the film premieres sometime soon, and the film is giving voice to the under-heard. Media can be used (correctly) to get peoples ethics in line.
